Not sure if this is the place for this or allowed so mods remove if nessary. Just a quick shoutout to Henry for great customer service. I have a US Survival rifle and took it out of my pack one day and noticed one of the ears were cracked off the stock that sandwichs the receiver in place. Totally my fault for just tossing it in my backpack and going. So I contacted Henry about where and how to go about buying a replacement and they simply asked for my mailing address to send me a replacement fee of charge no shipping no nothing all the way to Labrador NL. Good on them for looking after there customers even if it's my own stupid fault.
 
I phoned customer service to get a replacement firing pin and extractor for a H001, no questions asked, in the mail the next day free of charge. The very best service in the industry.
 
Refreshing to hear about great customer service,especially a U.S business taking care of Canadian customers.The president of the company seemed quite genuine and personable on his companies' web page video .I plan on buying a new Henry shortly!:runaway:

Same here... firing pin only requested, and it came free of charge with additional parts. ( pin spring and roll pin)

I had a new Survival rifle and the stock wasn't glued together correctly to be water tight.

Bad QC, but it happens.

They sent me a new stock within a week and the President actually emailed me.

Henry will take care of you.
 
I have 7 Henry rifles. My Golden Boy did not have the brass ring on the barrel. Called.....Shipped.....no charge. Excellent company with an outstanding service record.
 
we have a henry pump action that my club uses for our youth shooting program when we first got it it wouldn't fire off sand bags seemed like an issue with the pump release i sent to the canadian service center they fixed that problem but now it occasionally
blows open on firing so now its tagged out im getting tired of having to pay the shipping back and forth across the country its a beautiful rifle but i don't trust it
