I was handling one the other day in 357. Fit and finish was very nice. Came to shoulder perfectly for me. If i was looking for a pistol cal lever gun I would've bought it on the spot

I have it in .357mag, put about 700 rounds through it to date. Very fine carbine, mild recoil, excellent finish, very smooth lever action, been consistently doing 2.0-2.5 MOA from a rest. No silly safeties on it either.

My only (and it's very small) beef with it is that the barrel heats fast when you shoot, so your POI will drift after a few rapid shots if you don't let it cool for a bit in between shots. When I'm testing handloads, I wait a full 2 minutes to get it back to "barely above ambient" temp to the touch.

I have no hesitation to recommend it.
