I had the .17 HMR Henry with the painted receiver, it was a real sweetie of a gun, but after about 100 rounds it developed the bad habit of misfiring every other round and not feeding from the tube properly. I took it back to Gobels, who in turn sent it back to Henry for warranty. After about 3 months they called and said the gun was beyond repair, and Gobels refunded my money. My refunded money was then immediately spent on a Savage MKII and a Savage 93 - 17 HMR in camo. I still get the itch for a rimfire levergun, I may have to look into another Henry, my MKII is right handed and I shoot left...trade perhaps...
