Just purchased one.

I would like to replace the butt stock with a youth or regular length stock and replace the large lever with the regular shaped one.

Has anyone else done this ?

If so, where did you find the parts ?

The lever shape might grow on you.... You can wrap your hands around the outside and use it as a more comfortable "pistol grip".
I bought my Henry Mare's .22lr with a full length stock included but I'm not sure where the original owner got it? I actually sold it on the EE shortly after as I prefer the compact nature of the gun with the original stock and find cheek weld shots off hand easy with the minimal recoil of a .22lr.
It really doesn't need much more length added though if you wanted to make a custom extension so that you can shoulder it.

For the full stock I'd be tempted to get a longer barrel as well for better balance.

Did you trim it down a bit or did you leave it full length?

I bought Winchester youth synthetic stock set and Dremmelled it to fit. The stock looks good the fore end not so much but the short stock and barrel are awesome
