Henry Survival Rifle Stock - Sealling

Hi All,

I have a Henry AR-7 new model that the sock is slightly beginning to separate.


Not a huge issue as far as function goes, but it will let water inside.

Can anyone recommend a glue that will rebond the plastic halves (not sure of the plastics composition).

Turns out from looking at the specs it's ABS.

However, Henry Arms just replied to an email I sent them on Friday asking the same question.

Their opinion was that it should not have separated and they will be sending me a new stock free of charge.

Way to go Henry Repeating Arms!

Hobby grade CA glue possibly.. Or methylene chloride from a plastics shop which will accually melt the ABS together. But yea, a new stock from Henry is better.
