Hepburn in 219zipper improved

[pmatuk]

Recently purchased this rifle from Shooters Choice 2014 ,great to deal with by the way . Did a chamber cast and formed 140 cases from 30-30 win brass and fire formed .Loaded up some test loads and it likes to operate with 30.5 gr imr 4064 with a 45gr remington bullet. The barrel is 1x14 twist so lighter short bullets

Installed a talley base and older VX11 4-12 scope and put it on paper today .

Very nice varminter, those things are becoming history onto themselves as the BPCR crowd is converting old single shot varminters back to their black powder roots.

Thanks for sharing

Very nice indeed; not too many Hepburn actions around!
