HERA ARMS SL8 Kit Problem

Anybody have problems with the HERA arms kit and the mag hold open not working. I have this irritating problem that my gun behaves like an AK and when the last round fires the hold open just don't hold open...

any ideas? I'm using the G36 5/30 mags for it not the "ugly american system"

Is the spring for the bolt hold open on the correct groove?

+1 check your spring

make sure your mag seats in the right spot you may still have to remove more of them plastic tabs. I notice it also does this with cheap followers I use my magpul ones and never did it again

jeez, I'm loosing my mind. I guess I thought I had fixed it back then. But I shelved the gun for the winter. apologies. I'm going to take a look at the filing idea.
