Herbert Schmidt revolver model 21?

Made in germany, not on par with Ruger Single Six but OK shooters. I had one for a bit, shot pretty well with the .22lr cylinder, not so great with the .22mag cylinder. Biggest beef was it's a .22 and it's slow to load and slower to unload.....got old real fast.
A nice S&W D/A would be much more fun.

If you are looking to buy one, check the fireing pin, they can
give trouble, I have sold some , good for a first time cheap
shooter, price- not more than $125.oo for used 150 if two cylinders.
These cost about $ 70.oo nib in the '70,s
the only steel is the hammer and barrel

I have owned both an HS21 and a Ruger Single six, and there is no comparison in quality...with the Ruger being far better. Ruger S-Six revo's can be had quite reasonably, so if a Single Action .22 what you're after I would get one of those.
