herco in 38

does anybody know any recipes using herco shotgun powder in 38 specials. i have 1 1/2 lbs of it and can only find recipes in 357 magnum. thanks

Loading data for .38spcl is sooo messed up.
Lyman 46 lists 5.2gr of Herco with 158gr jhp for 708 fps.
Sierra lists 6.8gr with 158gr JSP for 950fps
Lee shows 4.6gr with a 160gr jacketed bullet for 835fps.

just found handloads.com. just fill in powder bullet weight etc. anybody use it?

I like it, but use common sense and good judgement. Found a tokarev load that called for compressed trail boss on there!!!

I use 4.6 grains behind a 158LSWC.
