Great story and pictures. Thats a big cat! My kitty weigs 10 lbs and when i think of the strength and agility she has and translate that to the size of your cougar,that makes for a formidible predator. Hope your knee heals soon.

I think the translation of cougar in chinese resturant lingo is "sweet and sour chicken balls" Also known as "Pemberton Ginger Beef"

I'm sure it's good. I know a trapper who eats his trap line - and hasn't purchased meat from a grocery store in 20+ years. I've had lynx liver with him and it's great!
