Simple set up. Burris tac rings with a rail.
Looks high but the chassis needs a bit higher scope set

How do you find the weight?. I have the 700 16.5 inch barrel in 308 and have been thinking about the LSS chassis to lighten the rifle up as much as possible wondering how it will feel compared to the hogue over mold stock.

I don't think it changed much at all to be honest. It may even be heavier than it was.

It's a std 10 round 223 AI mag. Which will feed the blackout no prob. That the beauty about the 221 or 223 case

Do it!
I just finished a .260 remington 700.
Make sure you go with a shorter barrel.. though, the balance can be... affected.

removable mag, pretty much bedded down, for $400? It's a winner for sure. Just wish they had two sling swivels and could take prs/ubr without the adapter.
