Heritage Rancher is available. 16” barrel and rifle butt. Non restricted. Anything with a pistol grip is restricted so no wrangler.

Can/will anyone import a model this adjustable sights on the frame vs down the barrel…looks MUCH better plus they are fiber

Revolving carbines aren’t all that popular so a small market. Adjustable site on the frame would be nice. Two Uberti and a Rancher. All with sites on the barrel. Most retailers don’t even carry them. Revolving carbines are hard to get in Canada. Check out the Uberti offerings.
