Herters 9mm brass

While policing my brass at the range I decided to walk the whole range . I found 2 piles of Herters 9mm brass around 45 pcs. It looks like it was used in a Walther with a slightly necked down neck from a stepped chamber. Is it worth using ? I have no idea who makes this brass S&B Wincherster or just some off brand junk.
Just curious before I put any time into processing them.

The Herters rifle brass I have been getting from Cabela's anmo. Marked USA is definitely Winchester.

I would imagine pistol brass is probably from the same manufacturer.

S+B also is some of the Herter's brass.

You identified two of the most likely manufacturers in your post. I don't have an issue loading brass from either, aside from tight primer pockets with SB.
