Herters Brass for 303 Br

This is Match Grade brass made for the original Herters company in Sweden (Norma iirc) Higginson Powders was selling it but it is now all gone.
imho, it is too good a quality to waste on "plinking use"...

I've used some over the years. I gave it away after I noticed that some of it didn't have a relief cut above the rim, rendering them unusable in my P-14's. Also. I noticed that I started to get neck cracks after two reloads, while my other types of brass were still going strong.

Military .303" did not have the relief cut above the rim. Has your P14 been modified?

Higginsons still list it, $21.50 per 50 pieces. It's good thick brass, I think it's made by Metallverken not Norma, however they were eventually acquired by Norma.
It's probably 50 years old and the necks would benefit from annealing if a fellow has time. I haven't had any issues in a No1 and a No3 using it.
