They called me and both of my referances, one of my referances could not be reached, and I had to wait till they mailed a letter to him and then he had to phone in. My application was on hold till then. After the return call from my referance, my RPAL was accepted. All this and I already had a PAL, it wasent like I was new to the system

sounds like it will be exceptionally slow or put on hold till i get back, especially where i am non existant in the system, thanks for the responses.
