I saw some of those being sold in the US....don't recall them being Yugo reworks though. They looked like post war Czech mixmasters, kind of like the Israelis.

They also looked like 10 miles of facking chitty road lol. These ones seem much better kept. Guessing an Eastern bloc country just surplussed em?

RTI have some on their website. The condition looks similar. Then again, this is just pure speculation on my part.

they are not, I would REALLY have loved to have checked out that Ethiopian buy.... only a fraction of what was really there has surfaced to the public. There was so much in it, we had a chance to get some details many moons ago on it but simply didnt have the power and logistics in place to make it work.

8mm S&B would do a great addition to these rifles. The best modern ammo for mausers in my experience so far.
