Hey all
I live on a farm on a gulf island and am looking for a magazine for a savage 340 e series, I asked around and someone told me I should register here so....

I will look around and search on here a bit before I post a topic asking for help finding the mag I need.

Looks like this forum is a great resource for us canucks

Hello and welcome. In order to get responses to any kind of request for guns and parts of guns, you need to post in the Equipment Exchange forum. To be able to do that, you have to send a request for access to the forum to one of the forum's Moderators. I know. I don't know why they do it that way, but that's the way they do it. The Savage 340 E is not listed specifically, but I assume it's at least similar to the 340 A and therefore the manual to download would be Savage Centerfire - All.

You may find a part number there for your magazine, then call Savage Arms or go through their website (google, but I think it's savagearms.com) . Don't assume because it's an older model there are no parts available from the manufacturer. Call them and ask.
