Hey guys what powder measure are you using

Nothing wrong with the scoops at all, I have several and only the handles are still yellow:p

The kit from Amazon was $16. They're simple and reliable. Not particularly accurate or consistent but all they have to do is get me slightly under my desired charge weight and the trickler does the rest anyway.

I've used a Lee measure for the last 25yrs. Measure a small load, dump it into the pan and trickle it up to where I want it.

It's a good measure, esp accurate with ball powders.

My Lyman 55 will always have a place on my bench, but the (flame suit on) Lee Auto-Drum measure has been pretty good for me. It's simple, accurate and consistent with most powders....flake powders make a mess.

I just ordered a Lee Auto Drum from Brownells! What a deal! And cheap cheap shipping. They have a good name for stick and I can't see myself giving up 4064 anytime soon!

I have had good results with several measures , but I find some inherently work better with some powders than others. My Uniflow has been with me for the longest but I have picked up a used 55 and a saeco for cheap at gun shows that work very good. For the price even the plastic lee perfect powder measure worked better that I expected, been using that one for red dot in rifles with cast bullets. I find that getting the measures set for the correct load takes the most time and I hate to change it once I have hit the sweet spot, hence the look out for more powder measures, not much different than having preset dillion powder measures.

Hornady Lock n Load with pistol and rifle metering assemblies. So far so good, maybe 2-3000 charges dropped so far. Love how rigid the base is, don't so much love how I had to buy it separately.
Tried the Frankford Arsenal model with the idea that I'd have one measure set up for rifle and one for pistol, but ended up packaging that thing back up after the first time I used it.

Surprised by your experience with the Frankford measure. I have one and after the break in period it works as good as my Uniflow as far as accuracy goes.
I did polish the metering chamber and piston though. My Dillon measure seems the most consistent of the bunch.
