"...for smaller handed people?..." Hi. No matter what the price of a handgun or the calibre, if it doesn't fit your hand, you won't be able to shoot it well. My hands are wide, but short. A lot of really good handguns(like CZ75's) just don't fit. The Browning High Power, the .45 Government Model, the Ruger GP-100(and .44 mag Super Redhawk. Same size grip. It's a great big, 4 lb, sob though.) fit just fine. So do Ruger Vaqueros and other 'cowboy' revolvers. However, if a handgun is close to fitting, a change of grips can sometimes make it fit. Depends on the frame. Normal K-frame S&W revolvers don't fit my hand no matter what grip.
Don't buy unless you can try the pistol on for size. The cost of said pistol doesn't always mean it's junk. Warsaw Pact firearms were designed to be issued to illiterate conscripts who could use them with minimal training. They do tend to be extremely reliable though. I don't think Marstar has a retail store though.
