I have come across a German rifle.A Krupp Special Laufstahl rifle in 300wm. It has a set triggers. Bolt action with floor plate. Metal and wood are in great condition. Zeiss 1.5-6x42 scope. It had open sights but the rear sight seems to have been lead/tin soldered on and removed or Knocked off
Any idea as to its value. I don't need it but the guy that wants to get rid of it doesn't really want it either. A guy owed him some money and we got this as payment.
It really looks like a well made rifle. although the caliber would not be my first choice at my age.

They are good rifles. Well made and generally more than accurate enough.
Without seeing it, it's tough to estimate value as there are many things to look for and consider.
Without putting the scope in as part of the deal, think low end at $700 up to $1300.
