Hi,

I've been lurking on here for a year now. It's probably time to introduce myself! I got my Firearms licence late last year after some friends took me out shooting and although guns have always interested me it was the push I needed to finally take part in the sport. I've bought 3 handguns since then.

I have joined the IDPA and plan to shoot a full season next year. My newborn kept me from participating much this year.

I am a CSSA member and the night of the Registry vote I said enough already and joined the CPC as well. Like a wise man said, the world is run by those who show up. I'll be volunteering as time allows.

I'm very happy to see a lot of like minded individuals on here who aren't prepared to lay down and give up our rights without a fight.

I shoot at Olds most of the time but perhaps this winter a little indoor shooting might be a good idea! From your sig line it looks like you're into 1911's. I have 2, one in 9mm and a .45.

Welcome, not only to the board, but to IDPA as well. there are a few of us who habitually shoot at MVMA on Sundays, join us if you'd like. We're usually in Bay 1 or 2.
