Living in Kingston, moving to Belleville at the end of this year. My wife is now the proud owner of the Canadian Firearms safety Course book and is going for her PAL some time soon. I have been shooting for a long time, so long that i remember when an FAC was $10 and you just filled out 1 piece of paper with 5 questions on it, mailed it in and got an FAC a month or 2 later.
