Heard alot about "Gunnutz" from fellow shooters and decided to see what it's all about. I am the past president of two different Fish & Game clubs. I have hunted and owned many different long guns and handguns over the past 60 years. I am retired and I guide for a well known outfitter in the Yukon.(moose, griz,and caribou):wave:
 
Glad you found us! My ex in-laws used to live in the Nanoose Bay area, just up the highway from the go-kart track. On the other hand, I haven't been there in years, so maybe the kart place is long gone. In any case, welcome :)

Hi Rick,
That would be me. How are things with you? I am still going pretty good for an old guy. (turned 71 last week). Just finished 7 yrs on the exec of Parksville/Qualicum F&G. No more %$@!#@ meetings!! We have a real good rifle/handgun range about five minutes from our house and I spend a lot of time there shooting and working. I guided up in the Yukon last fall and am going back again. Hard work sometimes, but a real experience for me. All rich Americans. Got a caribou, 4 moose and 3 grizzly. I suppose you are still shooting at North Saanich. Next time we are down I will give you a call and maybe we can get together for a coffee.

Go-kart track

Thanks for the "Welcome"
The go-kart track is history. There is a gas station and an A&W there now.
 
A friend of mine also guides for Rouge River, at least I think thats the outfitter. He does pretty good with those yanks.

Hi Nathan, Haven't seen you at the range for a while. We have a .22 fun shoot and BBQ this Saturday. Bring your lady and some ammo and you can use my rifle.
