I spent one night in Sherbrooke before being deployed to Grandby during the Ice Storm in 1998. I ate the best rotisserie chicken I ever had in my life. The restaurant was called Au coq and it wasn't too far from the armories we were sleeping at. Is it still open? I always wanted to find that place next time I'm in the area.
