Hi John, could I reutrn this gun?

Oh please ... just treat each customer with respect and courtesy without going above and beyond ... and end it at that. If you tried your best and received no response end it and forget about it, this way you rise above this customer that you and others chastise.

He didn't recieve no response, he recieved this thread. Do you wear pink and dream about kittens?

How about dreaming of kittens wearing pink?

After losing a couple of min. of my life reading this thread, I had to chippin and say that:

pink kittens are ugly

Marstar has one of the best warranty out there.

This guy should have stick to thread #15 and gotten another barrel.

For the rest, look like he's just trolling...

Why on earth people post their problems with a dealer to a thread BEFORE talking to them is beyond me.

Man up and call them and resolve the problem privately and stop posting these ridiculous cries for pity that just turn into soap operas, albeit amusing ones at times.

Social media is getting a little out of hand when we have to endure this tripe.

PS: What do you really expect for a $200.00 Chinese firearm anyway?

This is the first post, legitimate and polite complaint re. a POS and this person should not continue to be mocked, harassed and continued to be embarrassed by you guys and esp. Marstar.

YOUR RIGHT!
CGN was put online so people can make dealers look like fools and bash them for no reason atall even after they were offered ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service but chose to snivel because they didnt include a cookie and a ice cap!

and before you defend someone look into it a bit the OP has done this several times on many levels!

on the bright side I have yet to deal with Marstar but this thread makes me want to just on seeing how far they bent over to help a guy who did NOT realy want help but rather smear there name online!

as water boy explained someones medulla oblongata is OUT OF WACK! Laugh2

Seems like a private conversation that was made public due to some confusion about who was to respond. After all, could it be conceivable that EricLing wanted to contact the legendary John himself and couldn't, thereby contacting him on this forum of which he FREQUENTS every day?

From EricLing's posts I see no problem with what he's written.

All I see is a product that has been ETCHED WITH ACID during the manufacturing process and a standard request from a consumer to have the product returned, the retailer complying with multiple options, and the consumer picking one option.

[Edit:] Ok, hell I don't really know what caused that damage, but I've seen similar that have been machined...
