Hi John, could I reutrn this gun?

RUGERMAN;

Yes Frank spoke with him on the phone, one of the secretaries spoke with him to determine to which person the call should be directed....

Frank made every effort to resolve the issue, but we can't seem to please the man....

Hi John, Why should I lie?

I did speak with someone in Marstar, but that was two weeks ago. I made a phone call to check the status of my order since there was no reply in email. At that time, he almost could not understand me due to my difficulty in pronunciation. However, regarding this issue, I never made a call or authorize anyone to call. Could you verify this with Frank to check if I made any call regarding this issue. If no, you own me an apology.

I followed this silliness, but never thought about chiming in until I saw th words, "resale value" attached to "Norinco". Now that's comedy.

I ponder as I drink my beer:
If I bought a new gun, and it showed up with rust all over it?....
I might be a #### about it to the #### that sold me said gun. I mean it's a new gun.
If there was miss communication in trying to get it resolved? I might be a #### about that too. If the #### that tried to resolve the other ####'s problem, and the #### is being a #### about it, then there's just too many Dicks being Dinks.

There has to be a way that two Dicks can get along..... without crossing swords that is.

I'm probably just being a ####....Think I'll just finish my beer.

Ok Vinkat... no more beer for you...

Ericling...take the refund or quit your whining... hell i'll buy it off ya for Marstars advertised price if it'll stop these freaking threads... been on here almost 6 years...things are getting out of hand...

Forget who called who... you stated the offer cleary by copying your emails with Marstar... Send them the pistol...

Johnone... please... the second you get the firearm, refund him before we get a "Marstar stole my pistol" thread... (And keep up the good work)

Ohh...for those of you who don't know; There is no resale value on a 199$ made in china copy of a 1930's Soviet gun.. you use it as an anti-lib paperweight when your done with it.(With or without matching numbers.)

THE END

Where can we discharge a few rounds around Montreal?
Hi, I am a newbie. I am looking for someplace to try my new guns. Does anyone knows where around Montreal we can discharge a few rounds without any trouble? Not private land, Not shooting range.
I means places that we don't need to pay or get permission.

He also seems to suffer from headaches:

As a few people already mentioned here.. I know where I'm gonna be shopping next (well for my first "toy").. I don't know what we should admire more.. John's integrity, patience or self-control.

OP, just ship the barrel back and get a replacement. What starts in the sub-500 range brand spankin' new, can't have resale value of any significance. Live happily ever after.. Or go on posting here.. You're giving John some great advertising ;)

JohnOne, were you a pre-school teacher that needed more challenges in self discipline. Children with guns.

I don't think that there's any way that this saga can have a happy ending, and not in a good massage kind of way.

That's it. I figured it out!! It's not Ellwood Epps, or loading a grease filled gun in the house, or brazed shotguns, or shooting within city limits. No. The problem is obvious. You just cannot wear socks with sandals before Labour Day. Period !

MINI ME;

"Please show me how to be so patient!!! Is it drugs?!?!? Monk training?? Are you jedy???
C'mon tell us your secret!!! "

I am too old to argue over minor things.... In this case , as I have said before, I always enjoy a good battle of wits however it would appear that my oponent is un-armed....

May I congratulate you on your illuminating piece of research?

I love the SKS reference one! It's the Education System in Canada today. A Million or so Russian and Chinese peasants, not to mention the Satellite Countries, can understand the functioning and use of the SKS. but some people just don't get it.

The problem with trying to make things foolproof is that fools are very ingenious people.

By the way, John, I have this Lee Enfield that I bought from Marstar about a dozen years or so ago, and I would like to return it. It has only fired about 1900 rounds of military ball ammunition through it, been used a few times on the range when it was raining, has a few nicks, dings and scratches during the years to give it character, and rode many miles behind the truck seat.

While I paid $29.95 for it, we both know that these have increased in value, with the average price now being about $349.95. I would like to return it, at your expense for the shipping, and as they are now worth a lot more than I paid for it, please send me a Cheque for the $349.95 amount.

Oh well, it's worth a try!

Thats simply the most amazing collection of noob posts to date!

Classic. :HR:

I see no problem with your completely logical point of view.... It think only fair that we also include interest on your invested funds for the past 12 years .... Ok with you ??
