Hi everyone this is my first post.I have just finished stripping and cleaning my hi point and have found some cracks in the metal that carries the firing pin(bolt carrier?) also the smaller spring that rides inside the larger spring and slams the firing pin home has been shortened by half ! I have put 2-3000 rounds through it, the same reloaded ammo I use in my cz75 with no issues at all. I understand they come with a lifetime warranty, is this only in the USA, and how do I contact them, I can't find an email on the website? Please help !

I phoned Hi-Point when the firing pin bent. I explained I had taken it apart and found some problems. The lady said she would put me through to their technician. He and I had a good chat and he explained they had upgraded certain parts and he mailed me the parts - free.
Be prepared to give him the name and address of the dealer so he can mail the parts there.

Thanks for the quick reply, emailed Epps and they say they will repair it, hopefully under the lifetime warranty, this is where I purchased it and they have excellent customer service,I'm told a life of 1500-2000 rounds is average, I've put closer to 4000 of my reloaded rounds through it( 3.6 grains of titegroup with a 135g lead projectile using cci primers) very accurate for anything up to 100yrds(the longest at my range) .
