--> in which order to complete the sale .. what type of safe funds transfer, whom completes the firearm transfers... and how to make sure i m not sending money to a guy that will not send me the items etc etc...

As for your question, the seller must initiate the transfer process and often sellers will only do that once they have payment. Once the transfer process is started you will call the CFO to confirm yourself, once transfer is completed the seller sends you the firearm. Some buyers want the transfer started before sending payment, sometimes that might work other times not. It is mostly about mutual trust, myself I always get a telephone number from the other party and insist on speaking with them at one point.
