Applied for PAL and RPAL in May 2024 and finally received the card last week. I'm sure being a permanent resident of only 3 years added to the processing time.
Was looking to get CZ 457 Varmint MTR .22 20'' as a first gun. These seem to be unobtanium but Firearms Outlet Canada had stock 30 minutes ago and I got an email notification from G4C a few minutes ago that they have stock. Seems to still be in stock. Rejoice.
Last weekend wasn't great hearing about the imminent tariffs when trying to buy my first firearm and things look a bit better now.
