If any dealers are watching this forum, I'll kindly remind them to please stock up on high cap rimfire mags before the anticipated "Assault Weapons Ban" is rammed through in the US in light of the recent massacre in CT.
 
Huh? Not sure what you mean? The last US AWB included rimfire mags. There is no differentiation between rimfire and centerfire in the US - unlike Kanada.
 
Hicap tube mags are ok.

Attorney General gets carte blanche to ban guns at will: Under the proposal, the U.S. Attorney General can add any "semiautomatic rifle or shotgun originally designed for military or law enforcement use, or a firearm based on the design of such a firearm, that is not particularly suitable for sporting purposes, as determined by the Attorney General."
 
^^^ That's an interesting list considering there hasn't been an opportunity to introduce a bill yet. That won't take place until next year. Where did you get this list? Regardless of what you think, Gloria Feinstein has already said her proposed new AWB would include magazine restrictions placed at no more than 10 rounds. Incidently, it was Feinstein who introduced the last AWB back in 1994. It included the very same magazine capacity restrictions.

Seems like they might have the same laws as us!!!!!!!!
 
Where have you guys been?? It's Bill Clinton's list!! Bill helped get the President re-elected, so the ATF will use his list with some new additions. The Clinton Ban ran out in 2004, so they will make it last a lot longer this time. Remember when we couldn't buy a gun, parts or magazines because they bought them all. Be prepared for more of the same.
