HiPower front sight tightening?

Hi there,
My Hi-Power's front sight is loose.
when checking it out, I took note that the front sight is on a swivel at the front of the sight, and at the rear of the sight, attached with what looks like a small allen screw to the slide.

I HOPE it's a screw, and not a rivet, but I guess you folks can tell me that.

How is this tightened? is a special tool needed?

I say this because since the tool would be inserted into the muzzle of the slide, it's a very tight fit.

Thanks for any tips on how to get this fixed up!

This is a rare problem that requires prohibitively expensive equipment, and many years of intense training to rectify. It is beyond you or your local pistolsmith to handle, and by far exceeds the value of said pistol. it's an argentinian FM HP (P35) I beleive.. so as for MK, i'd say MKII?
