Is there a place to see or get historical load data without just buying old manuals?

I know that loads change over the years of a power recipe changes, even though the name doesn't, just curious to see what load data might have looked like previously. I have some very successful loads that I based on modern load data, but I'm using old powder that was stored unopened for some time. Works fine, no concern, and my question is really of curiosity only.

Buying old manuals at gun shows and used book stores is really the way to go, as you can get them for about 10 bucks each.
I use them all the time and here's a good example....

Recently I was looking for a recipe for my wife's new 308 and I wanted to use a Hornady 165 gr bullet and IMR 4064 powder.
The latest Hornady manual I had didn't have a recipe for that powder, but an older Hornady manual from the '80's did, and not only that but their results showed better velocities than Varget in the newer manual, go figure!
Why they didn't include IMR 4064 in the newer manual with those excellent test results, I don't know.

So, that's one more example of why having older manuals to reference when working up new loads is an inexpensive and useful resource.
I'm really not sure where else to look to get that info.
