Hitch Extenders...

Hey all - have a large camper on the back and wondering where I can find a hitch extender in Canada. Have tried and died so far. Just don't want to cream the camper now that I have it basically functional. Any help appreciated. Or am I just looking for a utility trailer with a longer neck?

Don't know if you have a Princess Auto nearby but they have a 14" extender for 2" hitch. $38

any welding shop can make up a extender, 2 inch thick wall tube and a weld a 2 x 3/4 flatbar for the ball

Go to a place like E&H hitch, they will sell you something with a load rating.

If you get pulled over by CVSE while towing and have home made non rated hitch components, expect a lot of hassle
