Tried getting warranty service on my USP (one of the sights needs to be replaced) and holy crap, getting service from FN Sports is next to impossible.
Bob (the owner) suggested the gun I purchased was used. It was never fired. Was never a range gun and registration documents I received all indicated I was the first owner.
I love my USP and HK's US office seems to be able to get things done, but in Canada, dealing with FN just makes me not want to get a P30 (considering this for my next gun).
Anyone else have issues with HK Warranties?
