I suspect these would have to be sourced from Europe and not the US. There used to be an exclusive distribution agreement and HK USA could not sell into Canada. I don't know if or how this changed with NS taking over from the previous distributor.

The origins of the agreement eluded the folks I spoke with at HK USA, or perhaps they were just being mum.

I see, thanks for the clarification. Are the retailers allowed to bring in unpinned mags and pin them through a third party or have them pinned through a third party before importation?
