Belt holster: High Noon. They make a very good one at a reasonable price.
Otherwise Lou Alessi makes some very good custom holster. You pick the leather, color, config.... I have a shoulder holster made by him. Expensive but high quality. But there's usually a 2 months delay...

If you are considering leather, take a look at the Kramer Horsehide holsters.

They wear much longer than cowhide and are manufactured in such a way that they will stay open and rigid without a firearm in it without any troublesome metal strips or such.

If you want to be one of the cognescenti, a Del Fatti, and they are beautiful.
If you just want to shoot the thing in a practical manner - plinking or IDPA - get a Blade-Tech. Mine is quite secure and fast to present.
The P7's are butt-heavy, especially the M13's. Whatever you buy, ensure that it is secure on the belt.

Forgot to mention, I have a holster for a P7 that I bought at Armrus. It was not designed for the P7 but it fits like a glove. It's an IWB design with snap attached belt loop and thumb break retention strap. (not sure about all the lingo 
)
