Do any of the dealers here re-barrel/re-register the USC? I have seen a few with NR status. Maybe I am missing something but it doesn't seem as common as re-registering the CX4. Are there any other dealers currently stocking this rifle; a cursory search revealed only Wild West, but I prefer to deal with the forum vendors. Thanks.
Ellwood Epps (site sponsor) as well as Bits of Pieces (not site sponsor, just google) will re-barrel and re-register your gun to non restricted.
When I emailed to see, about half a year ago they both quoted me about 500 bucks for the barrel and work to be done, although the pricing may (or may not) have changed...
You will need to send your gun in to them, and they will kind of do a custom fit (which was the deal breaker for me, no way I'm sending my USC through any shipping agency with all the money i've put into it

)
Once they get it and fit the barrel they verify it and do the status change through the RCMP and ship it back, non restricted.

as for whom carries them, I don't think they come in new too often anymore, so if you can find one grab it. I got mine as a used gun from P&D Enterprises so I'd look at all the site sponsors for 'used' guns, and if worse comes to worst then you may have to suffer through wild west (trust me, I know

2 months to get my first gun - a handgun - through them)
