I believe that is going to be a "no". I used to have the USP and I have the P2000 now. The mags seem pretty different from what I can remember. The P2000 and the USP Compact do use the same mags (in the same calibre, 9mm or .40 - no .45 P2000).
These are USP 9mm mags:

The USP mags are plastic. The P2000/USP Compact ones are metal with plastic baseplates. Both have the magazine catch on the front. My gut feeling is that the USP mags are thicker. I could be wrong though. Only way to know for sure is try and put a USP mag in a P2000 with live ammo and see if it (a) will even fit in; and (b) feed reliably.
As I say, my feeling is that it is a "no", because the USP mags are thicker than most other double stack mags on the market (SIG, Beretta, GLOCK, etc.) and will not fit in most mag pouches unless they are made for USP mags or you loosen them up. The P2000 mags will fit in my mag pouches I use with SIG and GLOCK. They are a bit tight but they will go in. If I remember rightly the USP wouldn't fit at all. I know there are several guys on here that have both guns. Someone will know for sure.
P30L and P2000 mags have the same magwell for the 10 rounders just a different floorplate on the magazine. I sold my P30 and never tried the magazine in the P2000 but the part numbers for the magwells are the same.
