It looks like one of those things where it's legal here, but good luck importing one.

that would be so awesome. How annoying would it be for hte guy beside you at the range as you string together three or four belts and go for it :D

This would still be restricted wouldn't it? The lower is still the part that is restricted is it not? If so, you still could only take to the range, although talk about a lot of fun.

1/ It's full-auto
2/ It uses a belt designed after 1945
:(

1/ it's an upper only. the lower makes it full auto
2/ it's a 22lr. no restrictions on mag capacity

they are selling it as a title 1 firearm untill the ATF rules that it is just an upper. you would have to import it like any other firearm. in canada it would just be an upper. no papers. that said it is still friggen expensive

As long as the upper comes into Canada as an upper only then it would be an uncontrolled part in and of itself.

1. If put on a restricted firearm, ie. semi-auto AR variant then that firearm remains restricted.

2. If put on an unrestricted firearm and still maintains the overall length greater than 26"(or whatever the metric equivelent is) on the host gun, then it remains non-restricted. If shorter, it is prohibited.

3. There is no magazine restriction on 22 long rifle rimfire magazine devices. Therefore, no restriction on the belt length.
