Hoax M44 ???

I picked up a very nice condition M44 from a gunshop a few years ago, It is marked 1945 but has german (nazi 'regime') proofs on it....Im doubtfull It was a capture and sent to the rear for reissue to german forces...especially in 1945...Or am I wrong...I will endeavour to get pics online...Directly below the rear aperature above the wood line is the eagle clutching the swaztika with some other marks / numbers

Highly unlikely that a M44 could be manufactured, issued, lost, found, inspected/stamped and reissued in the time between Jan.1st and May 8th 1945. I call bull####.

Marking below the rear aperture? I can quite picture the location of this stamp.

And by the way, a captured Mosin would typically be marked in the wood, behind the trigger guard.
