Hog Hunting in Saskatchewan

Hello, I would like to know if anyone out there knows where there are wild boars, hogs in sask. I am located in Prince Albert and A friend of mine is getting married next month and all he wants for a stag is to go hog hunting so thats what the wedding party wants to do for him. I know that this is short time but if there is anyone that can can give me info Im all ears.

I've never heard of hogs around PA, or anywhere in SK.... maybe down near the border? I'd be interested to hear if you are able to find any.

There was a big flurry of hog shooting activity in several areas of the province two years ago. I have checked several spots, all the farmers said you should have been here two years ago....

Last year I think it was, there was a rather large herd running around Otthon in the Yorkton area.

There is a place, Wild Boar Adventures, and his are always getting out. Have bred and stayed in the area. May find some, they are near Battleford.

Hahaha. I grew up in Wynyard so I know Fishing Lake and the El Kuroki Hotel quite well.

Supposedly the viscount area north of manitou lake has some. I've never seen one there. There has never been any reported south of manitou. Take a drive straight south on #2 from P.A.

There are next to none left down here. They got cleaned up pretty good the last couple years thankfully

I remember reading about a fellow around North Battleford that was offering hog hunts. IIRC he was bringing them in and letting people hunt them. I think you paid by the pound if you got one. That is what I remember anyway. I don't recall his name or the name of his business. Sorry.
