Hogue AR cargo management system - Where can I buy it?

Hey guys. Anyone know where I can pick one of these up in Canada? The thing costs like $12 but everyone in the states wants like $30 shipping on top of that.

I'm not looking for the grip, just the part that goes inside.

Try calling Hogue and asking them if they can just put it in the mail for you.

Hogue has them on their website but they're sold out. Even if I wanted one, hogue wants $30 for shipping
