Hollow-Point Tool

Ok. In that case I am not exactly sure where you would be able to find a less expensive version. If you can't find a place in Canada you might want to try some other shops in the US. Midsouth shooters supply, cabelas, brownels. I believe they all ship to Canada.

You could use a drill press, but then you are removing material. The Paco tool works great and you might be able to get one for less, as there are some folks on Rimfire Central that didn't like the tool, and would likely sell it to you. I paid $62.00 US dollars for mine, but I did not think that was expensive. FS

From E. Arthur Brown:

We have discontinued shipping general mail orders outside the USA. Guns, barrels, scopes, and ammunition components require export licenses and who knows what other products might also require the same. Trying to comply on a country by country and product by product basis just isn't worth the time and paperwork.
A while back we made a good try at doing it all properly and ran into problems with delayed or lost shipments. The resulting heap of on-going phone calls, correspondence, emails, and cancelled payments forced us to stop for economic reasons.
The internet has made it easy for us to reach and communicate with customers all over the world, but the realities of physically conducting business outside the USA are far more difficult. I do want to thank you for your interest in our products.

Sincerely,
Eben Brown
