Just bought a beautiful .450 bulldog with a 5" barrel marked Holloway & Company and Birmingham. A web search makes me think that this company later traded as G & S Holloway, and finaly as Holloway & Naughton. They seem to have specialized in shotguns around the turn of the century.
Does anyone have that book on the Birmingham gun trade? It lists for about $500 so I am not going to buy it quite yet. I would appreciate any info on Holloway & Company or their guns.
