The sight arrived. 
Haven't had it to the range but just playing with it on my G19, I'm liking it so far. Normally I wouldn't register a product for "warranty" purposes but based upon the discussion in this thread, I did register my sight with Holosun.
Fingers crossed, I never need to use the warranty.

Even though I had to wait 3 months for the go ahead to get a replacement I ended up buying another one for of my other pistol. The ACSS is my favorite red dot.
I totally forgot to update this. I received my replacement red dot and it perfect. I even bought another one as I like these so much. I had one of these units in green but my astigmatism made it difficult to use. So I sold it to a fellow CGNr and bought a red one.
I think I'm going to do the same, I have the green chevron as well and it's a bit blurry with my astignmatist. I picked up the red dot version off the EE and it looks much better.
I 100 percent recommend the red over the green. Its a night and day difference to me. I always thought that green was a better colour for people with astigmatism maybe its just me.
