Holster choices for a S&W 66-8?

Who's got what for range holsters for their Model 66 (4.25" barrel)? Looking for a leather hip holster with a retention system of some kind. Let's hear some advice....

No idea where you would be able to get a leather one, but Solely Canadian makes several types of Kydex units. I have one that works for both a Ruger GP100 and S&W 627. L and N frame respectively.

I have GALCO and the S&W 66 4" model fits both older 66s and new 66-8 perfectly

Yup, GALCO. Tough to find in Canada but I did manage to find one. Check amazon as well. I bought the Fletch and also a Phonex for my 66-8 4.25" barrel.

There are other makes avaiable as well that are not leather. biancia and magnum just to mention a couple!

I got a couple of thoese because so damn cheap, but they are heavy, should last about 400 yrs, One I opened up the top retainer for a straight up draw, I tried a heat gun and it worked great to reshape it.
I use a S-W 19 in it, have a colt 357, but have not checked that one to see if it will fit, , may be a bit tight?

Joe Laroche makes nice leather holsters with a thumb break if you want. I have a couple of his and the quality is excellent, prices very reasonable and always great service. Plus he's a fellow Canuck.
