Holster Recomendation

Hi All

So I am looking for a holster. I previously used Blade-tech DOH. Originally bought it from Josko. The only catch is I want it to be legal in IPSC and USPSA production division. I am not sure the new blade-tech that Josko sells will be legal in production division for USPSA.

Does anybody now for sure. It has the top of the gun open all the way down almost to the muzzle and I believe USPSA requires it to be covered within a 1/2" of the ejection port.

As well I also use to use CR mag pouches but this time around was considering ghost 360's. I found that I just could not get the CR pouches tuned to suit my needs.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can get a regular DOH without the cut and there some options to adjusting the Ghost pouches. Pretty sure Josko has both the holster and the mag pouches.
 
Since they are supposed to be showing up in 1-2 weeks, I would highly recommend the LHS rapid draw. Yes I sell them, but only because I like them. many advantages over the bladetech for the same price.

but the new hanger is better than the one I reviewed (single large piece of delrin attaching to the aluminium instead of the two small ones) and is pictured here

you don't list what gun you are looking for so im not sure if I have what you need on order
 
The low cut Bladetech has sh!tty retention...DO NOT buy that one!! The high cut Bladetech DOH is the way to go unless you whine about every little scratch on your gun. I like the old Bladetech DOH over race holsters because you can't forget to unlock them, if your nervous it's much easier to get your gun in a big holster then get it on a little pin and you can use the same holster for 3-gun/tactical shoots.

This looks to be a very nice holster/hangar setup. I just replaced my BladeTech DOH with the BOSS holster hangar from the Ben Stoeger Pro Shop. . The problem with the DOH is the lack of space for your thumb between the the gun and the hangar.
 
ShooterReady, saw your review on the holster. It looks nice.

I'm sure you can get a sub second draw without concealment. Don't give up. One thing to try is the "empty hand" drill. Go through the draw just touching the gun but not pulling it out of the holster. Going thought the motion without the weight will train the subconscious how fast your hands can actually move. Then any inefficiencies will be revealed when you have the gun in your hand.
