Holster recommendation for M&P 9 2.0

I have Blade-techs for every pistol I regularly use. Many of them are the less expensive Revolution line, and they seem to hold up fine to frequent use. I have a few SolCan holsters, and they are excellent products too. Certainly nicer finish than the BT, but also cost a little more.

My recommendation: get the SolCan if you have the extra money, but the Blade-Tech Revolution pack will do fine if cash is an issue.

What about mag pouches? Are the non-rotating dual mag pouches that come in the kits any good, or is it best to go with single, rotating ones? Some people say the dual unit is too big and bulky. Again, for me this is just a range toy as I don't plan to compete.

The Bladetech mag pouches are just fine. They are bulkier than a Raven Concealment or SolCan design but also way cheaper. I use the TecLok version for IDPA and have no problem with them. I would use a sleeker design if I was CCWing but not here in Kanuckistan.

They are "bulky" but they work good for what they are designed for: holding magazine. Perfect for range use. I got a double mounted on a duty belt and it works

i really like the 511 holster for the m and p. i find the push button easier than the blade tech ones. have a sol can holster for my cz which is also very nice.

I use a Safariland GLS Pro-fit for my SR9. I've use a friends M&P 9 in it as well and it works quite well. It is adjustable to a lot of different pistols, so if you get another one you'll probably be able to use the same holster. It also has retention device that releases when your middle finger grips the pistol. When I got it, it came with a paddle attachment on the holster and a belt loop attachment in the package as well.

I've been happy with Comp-Tac mag double mag pouches.

Any opinions on quality injection molded polymer vs kydex holsters? I've tried to find some negative reviews of the injection molded polymer used for the Blade-Tech Revolution, and am not having much luck. Most people seem to be thrilled with it, no complaints about durability, etc.
