Nice thing about aluminum is no rust. It does oxidize but with Zeiss or any other scope makers, the coatings will give it a layer of better protection against that.

Funny though, whilst we laddies with the men goodies ain't never ever neverever

Who the heck loses a rifle? I mean seriously. What a moron. Impressive scope, though. I have not owned a Zeiss...yet. Only Leupolds. Maybe it's time to try one!
