Holy grails of sporting rifles

Not sure if I have a holy grail rifle. I'm kind of partial to the Sako 75's and 85's though.
Wish my rifle collection was made up almost solely of them but since my budget wont allow,
my collection is mainly customized remingtons with a couple Sako's.

I remember seeing a reasonably priced double rifle in .303 British by a good English maker in very good condition for sale at a gun show in Vancouver a couple of decades ago. Two young guys were selling it, and I'm not sure they knew what they had. I wish I would have bought it. Nowadays a real nice double or real nice single shot in .303 is right up there on my list of dream rifles.

A Brno ZG 47 in 9.3x62 would do it for me. With original skeleton QD scope mount of course. Would nicely compliment my small collection of M21/22 and ZKK rifles.

Not sure if they are rare really but my holy grail of rifles are the Tikka 595/658 Whitetail Hunter Deluxe models. Not sure if they are rare or if no one ever sells them. I have two but always looking for more. Heres one in .243. Other is a .338 and a little nicer wood.

My personaly holy grail was the Win Model 70 f/w in 6.5x55mm. Lusted after one ever since shooting my buddies example circa 1995.

Very happy to report I recently scored one after many years of looking. All good now!

NAA.

That was on my list as well. I found one in the Boston Ma area a few years ago in as new condition. Although I think mine is a little newer as it's a crf.

How does yours shoot?

I owned one but stupidly sold it to lucky devil on here....

Rem M-600 lam stock in 350 rem mag....rifle shot sub-moa with 250gr speer....think there were only 13,000 built. The FIRST commercial short mag pre-dating the 300 WSM by 30 years....

Rem M-600 in 6mm Rem is rarer still...

Not sure if you would evef find one in .223 VERY rare...
